Recently two customers called in to place orders for Samsung batteries and complained that our prices were a bit high. We began to explain where we purchase our batteries and why our prices were a bit higher. Each customer seemed to understand and placed orders. The cellphone models were older and the original batteries have been out of production for a while. I suggested that it is better to purchase a “Fresh” aftermarket battery than an older battery that lost integrity.
To my surprise, both customers asked if the reason their batteries “Melted” were the fact they were older. Upon it’s arrival, the fun began.
